Ah, Ohio’s NFL football team! It’s such an exciting subject to talk about! Especially for Ohioans, it’s a huge source of pride. “Who Dey!” chants are heard all across the great state when their beloved Cincinnati Bengals are on the field.
It’s an especially special feeling to witness the Bengals playing on primetime television, or perhaps attending a game at Paul Brown Stadium. Even when the Bengals are not doing so well, there’s always hope and optimism that the next season might be their year, and fans still come out full of enthusiasm, ready to defend their team.
The Cincinnati Bengals have been members of the NFL since 1968, when they joined the league as part of the AFL-NFL merger. Mike Brown, the owner of the Bengals, is the son of famed coach Paul Brown. For a while, the Bengals had some of their most successful seasons and went to two of their three Super Bowl appearances during 1988-1991, making them the only team in the cheap nfl jerseys to do so.

Games against the Cleveland Browns are some of my favorites, because the two Ohio teams always bring their A game and nothing is spared!

Now, we see big names like A.J. Green, Tyler Boyd, and Joe Mixon leading the way, and it’s clear that the Bengals roster is certainly made up of talented athletes.
The Bengals have also consistently had a great defense, and you will often see big names like Geno Atkins and Carlos Dunlap making massive plays and constantly dominating in the trenches. While Bengals offense has been up and down over the past few years, their defense has been a rock solid bedrock, and one of the most reliable aspects of the team.
The Cincinnati Bengals are a part of Ohio life, our pride and joy, and it is for these reasons that I am so glad Ohioans have a team to rally behind and support. We are all proud Bengals fans, forever determined to bask in the warm glow of victory when it comes and never give up hope even in the bad times.
